Lose Yourself In God

Some people think there is a risk by losing yourself in God. It’s not just a risk, it’s a separation if you don’t lose yourself in God.

Satan would love for us to move closer to him. He doesn’t care if we decide to take control, deceive or destruct. He wants you to question yourself, lie to yourself and worse, lie to God.

“Now a man named Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira, also sold a piece of property. With his wife’s full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.” (Acts 5:1-2)

God does not give up on us. The sad part is we give up on Him. Don’t resist the Holy Spirit. Is it your pride? Are you worried what your friends will say? Let me tell ya a little something. They are not going to save your soul. It doesn’t come down to what others think. It comes down to your faithfulness to God. Turn to God, respond to Him and give yourself to Him. Not just a little, all. Your whole being.

“You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life.” (John 5:39-40)

Come to God. You don’t know if you will have tomorrow. God is your only hope. Live by the Truth. Live by the Bible. God’s love is everlasting.

“We all want progress, but if you’re on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.” – C. S. Lewis

Don’t conform to the world, be transformed in the image of God. Bring glory to Him. Repent, receive faith and obey. Live the life God truly intended you to live. Turn yourself over and lose yourself in God.

Stay safe, stay healthy and God Bless 💕
